Editorial note
Folded pink and red forms bring flowers and bodies into close proximity across the wall. Pearl-like strands pass between these organic clusters, acting as both connection and ornament. In Love Party, bodily associations multiply rather than remain concealed. Read alongside the Garden of Eden series’ reversal of narratives of prohibition and blame, the work suggests a gathering in which desire is not confined to a single identity or form of relationship.
Series context
The text accompanying the artist’s post describes Garden of Eden as a space where identities and bodies are liberated and different forms of love are welcomed. Addressing body politics and biopolitics, it imagines an Eden in which apples are not forbidden and Eve is not blamed.
