Emin Mete Erdoğan

Emin Mete Erdoğan

Emin Mete Erdoğan (b. 1982, Istanbul) graduated from the Painting Department of Marmara University’s Faculty of Fine Arts in 2010. His first solo exhibition, Entangled Cern Plans, opened at SANATORIUM in 2013, followed by Entroforming (2015), The Flood (2018) and Plants, Animals and Buildings (2020). Bringing the order of technical drawing together with dense organic detail, his practice explores how space and nature are constructed and transformed. Relationships between architecture, plants and animals open questions about the human position within nature.
